Cramer - China has the big economic stimulus package which is good for stocks like Qualcomm(QCOM), Mosaic(MOS), Deere(DE), Schlumberger(SLB), and Nucor(NUE), bull on Duke Energy(DUK) and Foster Wheeler(FWLT). Top 5 mid-caps, DeVry(DV), Landauer(LDR), ManTech International(MANT), Haemonetics(HAE), New Jersey Resources(NJR).

Two gold miners, the more conservative Newmont Mining(NEM) would be a good buy in the low $40s, and the more speculative Royal Gold(RGLD) try to get in under $46. Questar(STR) is a "cheap" natural gas utility, buy aggressively on dips into the $20s and nibble in the $30s, now at 11x 2009 earnings with a yield of 1.5%.
