Street - Cramer is bullish on the Dow and buying a China ETF iShares FTSE/Xinua in a market that was down 60% last year. American Express(AXP)could go back to $22 and their dividend is not in jeopardy. AT&T(T)may even raise dividen and could go back to $35. Boeing(BA)may be a buy later in the year up to a price of $42. Citigroup(C)could go to $9. Freeport-McMoRan(FCX)go to $15. Bank of America(BAC)has to much exposure to the consumer, prefer JPMorgan Chase(JPM)as a way to play any stabilization in banks. Caterpillar(CAT)will go back to $55 on big orders from the U.S. Government and China. Chevron(CVX)should rally to $82, buy aggressively on any decline. ExxonMobile(XOM)is also good. Coca-Cola(KO)could trade to $49, but the better buy is Pepsi(PEP)with a target $75 because of their frito Lay business.

URS Corp(URS)construction mangement firm as top 2009 pick. IBD - Gilead Sciences(GILD). Yahoo Nine Stocks for 2009 - Green Mountain Coffee Roasters(GMCR). Greatbatch(GB), Quality Systems(QSII), and Almost Family(AFAM)with attention to healthcare and electronic records all 3 stand to benefit. Fuel Systems Solutions(FSYS) and Energy Conversion Devices(ENER) are favorite alternative energy plays. Life Partners Holdings(LPHI)buys life insurance policies. ETFs I like, Proshares Ultra Financials(UYG), Ishares Xinhua China(FXI).
